Issues are never sent unsolicited from www.AchieveEzine.com. All subscriptions are double opt-in, meaning the receiver must request to receive a subscription by entering his or her own information into a web form or clicking a quick subscribe button, and then verifying the subscription request by replying to a confirmation email. Subscription management links are included at the bottom of each issue. These subscription management links allow users to cancel their subscription or to change their contact information as described below.

Subscribing and Canceling

We will not add your email address to the list for you. Subscribing requires that you use the subscription forms or buttons provided on each page of this website, or on a co-registration form provided on other sites. All subscriptions are tied to the subscriber's IP address for security purposes.

When Issues Do Not Arrive

If your issues do not arrive according to schedule, your ISP may be blocking email that you have requested. Please whitelist our subscription address, editor@achieveezine.com, or place it in your address book according to the requirements of your email program so that issues will have the best chance to reach you. Although each issue is checked for deliverability, some ISPs will fail to deliver certain issues or verification mailings due to content filtering. Contact your ISP if you believe that email you have requested is being filtered or blocked. Delivery has been unreliable with the domains MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outblaze, and Road Runner. For the most reliable delivery, always subscribe using a legitimate paid email address.

If a regularly scheduled issue is not mailed due to changes in publication schedule or other factors within our control, it will be announced in a prior issue of Achieve! Ezine. All issues are mailed in good faith. However, we do not guarantee delivery of issues due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel mailings to a specific email address or domain at any time for violation of terms of service.

Email Confidentiality

We use contact information only to send the user our publication and notices of changes in publication schedule. Support, thank you emails, or replies to individual comments are sent individually and do not add the recipient to a mailing list.

We reserve the right to respond by email or in writing to any comments or questions you voluntarily submit or that you email to the contact address provided in Achieve! Ezine. False spam reports will result in our legal representative filing a complaint with your ISP, and your email address will be blocked from sending and receiving any further email through our domain and other domains in which we have a business interest. Falsification of Identity

You agree that you will not attempt to subscribe using anyone's name or email address other than your own. Falsified identities, including obviously fictitious names, will be removed from the list.

Spamming

Use of IP Addresses

We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We also log browser types for systems administration purposes. Logs also show how many times specific pages or files have been accessed. These logs are analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the website. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable when surfing the site. This means that a user’s session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous. As stated above, subscriber IP addresses are recorded at the time subscription requests are emailed. This is done for security, and to verify the origin of every subscription request if it is needed. IP addresses along with the identity of the mailer's ISP hosting account are also transmitted along with any messages sent through forms on this site for security purposes.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small informational files that a web site transfers to an individual´s hard drive for record-keeping purposes.
